• The priority date for most countries is October 1, 2015. However, for Mexico, the date is April 22, 2002, and for the Philippines, it is June 1, 2011.

2. F2A - Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents:

• This category remains current across all countries, meaning there is no backlog, and visas are available immediately.

3. F2B - Unmarried Sons and Daughters (21 years of age or older) of Permanent Residents:

• The priority date for most countries is September 22, 2016. For Mexico, it is October 1, 2002, and for the Philippines, it is June 22, 2012.

4. F3 - Married Sons and Daughters of U.S. Citizens:

• The priority date for most countries is August 1, 2008. For Mexico, it is March 22, 2001, and for the Philippines, it is April 8, 2003.

5. F4 - Brothers and Sisters of Adult U.S. Citizens:

• The priority date for most countries is September 1, 2007. For Mexico, it is February 1, 2000, and for the Philippines, it is June 1, 2002.

Employment-Based Preferences

1. EB-1 - Priority Workers:

• The category remains current for all countries except for India and China, which have a priority date of January 1, 2023.

2. EB-2 - Professionals Holding Advanced Degrees and Persons of Exceptional Ability:

• The priority date for most countries is February 15, 2023. For India, it is May 15, 2013, and for China, it is April 1, 2019.

3. EB-3 - Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Other Workers:

• The priority date for most countries is August 1, 2022. For India, it is February 1, 2012, and for China, it is April 1, 2019.

4. EB-4 - Certain Special Immigrants:

• The category remains current for most countries. However, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras have a priority date of December 15, 2019.

5. EB-5 - Immigrant Investors:

• The priority date remains current for all countries except for China, which has a date of October 22, 2015, and India, with a date of December 8, 2019.
