Welcome to freestyle wrestling classes!

Our group includes many children of Slavic nationality, where everyone can discover their potential and improve their health under the guidance of an experienced trainer. We are located at 3036 Orange Grove Ave, North Highlands, CA 95660. Classes are held in a cozy and safe hall equipped with everything necessary.

The training will help develop physical fitness, coordination and strength, and will also teach the correct technique and strategy of freestyle wrestling.
