Seeking QA Position in Healthcare

I am in search of a QA job where I can utilize my skills to:

Review patient's charts, medical diagnoses, prognoses, medications, procedures, and clinical course. I am adept at analyzing various types of documentation including Comprehensive Assessments, Care plans, IDGs, RN/LVN notes, and MSW/SC/BC assessments. My experience extends to working with several platforms such as Hospice MD, Jncloud, and Netsmart.
