"On September 22, the President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanian, traveled from Stepanakert to Shush, where he met with the head of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan, Ali Nagiyev. I won't delve into the details of this meeting, but I'd like to highlight the significance of such contacts during these challenging times.
