"Decisions regarding any peacekeeping mission are made by the UN Security Council," he said, answering TASS's question. Earlier, at the emergency session of the UN Security Council dedicated to the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had said that it is necessary to create an opportunity for UN-mandated peacekeeping forces to maintain security and stability in Nagorno-Karabakh.
