

The much-anticipated 'God of War' series on Prime Video boasts a stellar cast, with Ryan Hurst stepping into the formidable shoes of Kratos. Known for his work as the voice of Thor in 'God of War: Ragnarok,' Hurst's transformation into the live-action Kratos has been met with enthusiasm from fans eager to see him as the iconic character. Joining him is young actor Callum Vinson, who will portray Atreus, Kratos’ 10-year-old son, highlighting a new dynamic in the narrative. Veteran actor Mandy Patinkin, famous for his roles in 'Homeland' and the cult classic 'The Princess Bride,' is cast as Odin. Patinkin brings a wealth of gravitas to the role of the All-Father, a key figure among the Aesir gods. In the role of Thor, the God of Thunder, is Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, recognized for his work in 'Severance.'
