CSI added that on Telegram, Azerbaijanis are circulating photos and threatening to rape and murder the people in them. Under the photo of a young woman, someone has offered $500 to anyone who delivers her to him. He is going to give her as a birthday gift to "Murad." Above the photo of some children, someone has written, "Children of whores should clean toilets and work hard in mines for pennies." And below the photo of these children, someone comments, "They are lost. Whoever finds them, rape them, cut them into pieces and give to dogs as dinner."
