To strengthen agricultural cooperation, Armenia and Russia have begun discussions focusing on cooperative development, export growth, and knowledge exchange. The meeting, which took place on February 12, involved Armenia's Deputy Minister of Economy, Arman Khojoyan, and a delegation led by Russia's Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Marina Afonina. Key discussions were held on expanding partnerships in critical areas like livestock management, plant cultivation, and viticulture, all aimed at reinforcing agricultural ties between the two nations. An emphasis was placed on academic exchange programs and collaborative initiatives to leverage international conferences, fostering an environment conducive to innovative agricultural practices. Both parties agreed that these steps are essential for sustainable growth and mutual benefits, with future meetings planned to deepen the initial frameworks.
