The Azerbaijani armed forces have breached the ceasefire agreement by firing various types of weapons from locations near Stepanakert. This information was reported by the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh. ‘Dear compatriots, Azerbaijani armed forces are currently violating the ceasefire by launching gunfire from areas in close proximity to Stepanakert.
