Azerbaijan violates ceasefire agreement, fires at Karabakh capital Stepanakert outskirts

The Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire agreement reached on Wednesday 20, and used firearms in the outskirts of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) capital Stepanakert, reported the Artsakh Information Center. With the engagement of the interested parties, concrete steps are being taken to resolve the situation.
