

YEREVAN, December 10. /ARKA/. The turnover of domestic trade in Armenia for January–October 2025 amounted to 5,323,923.2 million drams (at current prices), up 3.2% compared with January–October 2024. This was reported by the Statistical Committee of the republic. Meanwhile, in October 2025 this indicator stood at 583,502.8 million drams, up 1% compared with October 2024 and up 2.2% compared with September. In the total volume of wholesale trade for 10 months, it amounted to 3,485,293.0 million drams (share 65.5%, growth compared with the 10 months of last year – 2.5%), the turnover of retail trade was 1,624,885.6 million drams (share 30.5%, growth 4.2%), and the turnover of automobile trade was 213,744.6 million drams (share 4%, growth – 7.9%). In the structure of retail trade, the share of stores accounts for 83.9% of the total retail turnover (volume – 1,362,892.5 million drams, growth 4%), consumer goods markets for 3.3% (53,317.2 million drams, decline – 4.1%), kiosks for 1.2% (19,430.8 million drams, growth – 2.9%), and markets of agricultural products for 0.8% (13,723.4 million drams, growth – 2%).
