Yerevan, December 8. /ARKA/. The Eurasian Development Bank forecasts that consumer price growth will remain close to the Central Bank of Armenia's target (3±1%) this year. 'Inflation in Armenia slowed to 3.1% year-on-year in November after 3.7% year-on-year in October, driven by a slowdown in food price growth (3.8% y/y in November after 5.6% y/y in the previous month) and linked to global price dynamics. In November, inflation in the services sector stabilized (2.9% y/y), while price growth in the non-food segment accelerated (1.2% y/y in November after 0.9% y/y),' says the EDB's weekly macro overview. In Armenia's 2025 budget, inflation is projected at 3% (±1%). According to the Central Bank's monetary policy report for the third quarter of this year, by the end of 2025 inflation in Armenia is expected, depending on the scenario (A–B), at 4.1–3.7%; the forecast for 2026 is 3.7–3.2%, and for 2027 – 3%.
