The Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention once again decries Azerbaijan’s impunity and implores world leaders to act to protect the Artsakh Armenian identity from destruction within a state that is governed by genocidal Armenophobia. “Azerbaijan has used military aggression to force the surrender of the democratic Armenian Republic Of Artsakh to the dictator Ilham Aliyev.
