There was a leak in the press that the National Security Service allegedly filed a report about the activities of Grisha Harutyunyan and Davit Karapetyan, who hold the first and second places on the 'Mother Armenia' party list, accusing them of abuses. Until 2021 these individuals led the Doghs and Tsaghkunk communities in the Armavir region.\n\nGrisha Harutyunyan says that they learned from the press that a report had been filed about them because they did not receive notices, and they have never been summoned for questioning.\n\n"We learned from the press that there is a case against us and we are not worried. We know we are clean people, I don’t see a problem. That case was fabricated against us; we are not worried about a case that was cooked against us," says Grisha Harutyunyan.\n\nThe candidate says that after they were nominated, the National Security Service came and 'went through the years of their work,' and since they learned about it from the press they do not have any clear information about the purpose for which it was done.\n\nAnd he left the post of head of the Doghs community on his own request, because he did not want to work with these authorities.\n\nSpeaking about the community's problems, Harutyunyan said that the roofs and yards of Vagharshapat’s multi-apartment buildings need repair and improvement. The candidate promised that if elected, he would not leave residents dissatisfied and would solve their problems.\n\nRegarding the construction works carried out in the Khoi and Vagharshapat communities in recent years, around which the authorities are campaigning, he noted that the work done has not been sufficient, but is visible since some of it is being carried out in the pre-election period.\n\n"Doing substandard work does not mean that major visible projects have been completed. At present, asphalt paving works are being carried out in the villages. I urge you to go and see for yourselves. They tear up good asphalt and lay substandard asphalt on top. Residents see this. It is visible, but not of quality—pre-election asphalt, a cover-up," says Grisha Harutyunyan.\n\nThe candidate says that during the campaign they spoke with residents and got the impression that they would not vote for the authorities. And cooperation with the authorities is ruled out.\n\nDetails are in the video.
