Recall that on September 8, 12 citizens who had eaten chicken dishes at the 'Armavir Garden' public catering facility were admitted to a medical center with a diagnosis of 'food poisoning'. The facility belongs to individual entrepreneur Zaven Shakhikyan. According to the State Service for Food Safety (SSFS), the products 'fresh chicken', 'chicken pizza', and 'chicken wings' contain mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms, and the 'chicken salad' contains mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms and pathogenic Salmonella; these indicators do not meet the norms defined by the Customs Union Technical Regulations. Since September 9, by decision of the head of the supervisory body, based on detected sanitary-hygienic violations, the activities of the Armavir Garden public catering facility have been suspended.
