On September 18, around 10:20, officers of the Security Department of the Armavir Penitentiary Institution of the Ministry of Justice inspected the parcel reception room and examined a parcel brought by a convict identified as T. Gh. A brownish, loose mass resembling a narcotic drug, weighing a total of 3.44 grams, was found inside a Meghri container. The Penitentiary Service reports this. The citizen was arrested and, together with the discovered item, was presented to the Vagharshapat Investigative Department of the Armavir Regional Investigative Authority, according to the press release of the Penitentiary Service.
