The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh is collecting data on dead civilians and military personnel whose fate is unknown. Artsakh Ombudsman office reports. It asked citizens to provide information about relatives by visiting the office of the Human Rights Defender of The Republic of Artsakh at 1 Knunyantsneri Street in Stepanakert or by calling 047 97 90 46.
