News - At least 200 deaths and more than 400 wounded in NKR

As of 21:30, September 20, according to the information collected by the Office of the Human Rights Defender, there are at least 200 deaths and more than 400 wounded persons, Gegham Stepanyan, the NKR Ombudsman stated in X.   The number of injured people among the civilian population exceeds 40 persons, among whom 13 are children. There are 10 confirmed civilian deaths at the moment, among whom 5 are children. The fact-finding activities by our Office, aimed at established the fate of missing people, continue.
