Commenting on the statement by the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, who accused Russia of not fulfilling its obligations to protect Nagorno Karabakh, Peskov noted as follows: "We [i.e. Russia] do not accept such accusations against us, especially after the Armenian side made an official decision to recognize Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan. De jure, now it is about the actions of the Republic of Azerbaijan in its territory. Therefore, such accusations against us are completely groundless; they are not based on anything."
