The Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Mher Grigoryan, avoided commenting on Azerbaijan's position regarding its occupation of a part of the sovereign territory of Armenia. "I am somewhat constrained in the matter of the answer, as a certain rule is still observed. So, we have an agreement at the commissions not to give comment on this or that issue, especially if we did not jointly discuss and publicize the positions of the parties," explained Grigoryan, speaking at Tuesday’s National Assembly of Armenia debates on the matter of ratification of the regulation of the border security commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan. In particular, the deputy PM said that during public speeches, they agreed to limit themselves only to the details of the border delimitation process. "This process is sensitive not only for Armenia, but also for Azerbaijan," assured the representative of the Armenian government.
