Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: Again speaking from the position of a beggar, a supplicant, a persuader, a concessioner in Moscow—at the summit of the CIS leaders, [Armenian PM] Nikol Pashinyan said that this year we "have made tangible progress in the process of delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border" and he is ready to sign already this month the "80 percent" agreed peace treaty [with Azerbaijan]. Convincing that Azerbaijan would also sign [the treaty], he declared that we have no territorial demands from Azerbaijan, and again recognized the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. He pledged to ensure the land connection between Azerbaijan and [its] Nakhichevan [exclave], as well as "the safety of the traffic of goods, vehicles, and people through our territory". "Furthermore," he is ready to "make certain simplifications in border control procedures."
