Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes as follows, in particular: The government has sent the Armenian-Azerbaijani border delimitation regulation to the parliament for ratification. While Armenia hastily ratifies it, and it can be said that is one step left for it to be approved at all instances [of Armenia], there is uncertainty regarding this matter in Azerbaijan. Baku has not even publicized its text, nor is it known when the [Azerbaijani] Milli Majlis [i.e. the parliament] will discuss it. [Armenian] Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, who is also the head of the Armenian side of the [Armenian-Azerbaijani border delimitation] commission, was appointed as the rapporteur of the draft at the RA NA [(National Assembly)]. To remind: And at the CC [i.e. the Constitutional Court of Armenia], the draft was examined with great speed, and the judges of the high court presented a decision in three days that it corresponds to the RA Constitution. The CC [i.e. Armenia’s ruling Civil Contract Party and its parliamentary faction] "backpacks" have not yet been told when it will enter the [parliament] agenda.
