by Lilit Oct. 8, 2024

Members of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijani have addressed a letter to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov, asking for the termination of the agreements with the US and the suspension of the USAID projects, Sahiba Gafarova, speaker of the parliament, said at Tuesday's session of the Milli Majlis, APA reports. "Azerbaijan is a state that implements an independent domestic and foreign policy, ensures its territorial integrity and sovereignty through its own strength. Let me recall a saying of Mr. President: ‘No one can dictate anything to us or interfere in our internal affairs. We will do what we think is right,’" Gafarova said.
