New NATO chief Rutte arrives in Ukraine, meets with President Zelenskyy

The new Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, arrived in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, news agencies report. Zelenskyy said that he discussed with Rutte the situation at the front and the Ukrainian "victory plan," which was recently presented to the US president and some other American politicians. Former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte assumed the post of NATO Secretary General on Tuesday.
