Armenia's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vahan Kostanyan believes that the talks about the enclave of Tigranashen village serve the agendas of various foreign forces in order to destabilize Armenia. Kostanyan noted this while speaking with reporters Thursday. "Not a single square meter of the sovereign territory of Armenia has been handed over to anyone. As for the [Armenia-Azerbaijan] border delimitation process, that process will proceed in its natural course," said Kostanyan. The deputy FM added that stability and peace in the South Caucasus play a very important role for Armenia's sovereignty, territorial integrity, inseparability of borders, as well as democracy.
