The risk of escalation of tension is always present until a peace treaty is signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Armenian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vahan Kostanyan told this to reporters Thursday. To the question whether this peace treaty will guarantee that there will be no war, Kostanyan responded that it will additionally increase the possibility of stability in the South Caucasus. Also, the Armenian deputy FM assured that all humanitarian issues, including the return of Armenian captives from Azerbaijan, are in the center of their attention and they always raise this issue at all meetings.
