Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom, delivered a lecture to the students of the Leadership School on the topic of effective communication. During the session, he shared his insights and experiences with the participants of the 2024-2025 Leadership Development course. His lecture covered essential leadership skills, including active listening, non-verbal communication, clear expression of ideas, providing feedback and constructive criticism, accounting for cultural differences, and resolving conflicts. "The most important thing any leader should do is foster a positive culture by setting an example. Every action you take should demonstrate respect for all colleagues, regardless of their position or background. It's crucial for a leader’s words to align with their actions, as clear and consistent communication helps avoid confusion," noted Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom. "Leadership School highly values Mr. Yirikian's ongoing efforts to cultivate the next generation of business leaders in Armenia. We are confident that his knowledge and experience will significantly influence the future success of forward-thinking young individuals and contribute to Armenia's business landscape," said Samvel Movsisyan, founding president of the Leadership School. The Leadership School Foundation has been operating since 2009. Its mission is to support the development of future innovative business leaders in the South Caucasus and Persian Gulf regions through the cooperation of local and international prominent figures, theorists, and organizations.
