News - Police, armed with shields, ‘protect’ Armenia government building

Numerous police officers—in particular, the special forces—have been dispatched to the main building of the Armenian government, where a protest is currently underway. Police have formed a human chain, with shields, in front of the aforementioned building. Andranik Tevanyan, head of the opposition Mother Armenia bloc, announced in the morning that a big rally will kick off at 7pm.
