Armenia and Iran have signed a memorandum on the exchange of goods and services between the two countries, Armenia's Ministry of Economy informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. Armenia's Deputy Minister of Economy Narek Hovakimyan and Iran's Deputy Minister of Industry, Mining, and Trade head of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization, Mohammad-Ali Dehghan Dehnavi, on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding on the exchange of goods and services in private sector business development between the two countries. The memorandum will contribute to the development of trade relations between the private sectors of Armenia and Iran, the introduction of new mechanisms in trade relations, and the increase in the amount of trade between the two countries.
