The matter of border delimitation in Tavush Province has been discussed a lot, including publicly. The process is entirely public, both the legal part and the actual performance. Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan stated this in an interview with reporters at Yerablur Military Pantheon of Yerevan Friday. Grigoryan assured that the aforesaid process is completely legal. "If you carefully read the protocol of April 18 and the signed regulation, you will feel that there is no contradiction in the process. The main goal of the border delimitation process [with Azerbaijan] and the agreements regarding its implementation is that all similar problems get a calm, fundamental, legal solution. There is no decision yet on the next phase of border delimitation. We still need to finish the domestic procedures related to the regulation," said Grigoryan. And when asked whether the issue of the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops from Armenia's sovereign territories was touched upon in the discussions with Azerbaijan, the Armenian deputy PM responded: "I can't give comments now because we have an approved working procedure, which implies that the comments should be symmetrical, written, and public. I will not give separate comments."
