The obligations enshrined in the regulation “On Joint Activity of the Commission on Demarcation and Border Security of the State Border between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the State Commission on Demarcation of the State Border between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” signed on August 30, 2024, correspond to the Constitution. This is stated in the decision of the Constitutional Court of Armenia on the issue of compliance with the obligations enshrined in the regulation “On joint activities of the Commission on Demarcation and Border Security of the State Border between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the State Commission on Demarcation of the State Border between Azerbaijan and Armenia” with the Constitution of Armenia.According to the protocol of the 8th session of the demarcation commissions of the two countries on April 19, the commissions completed the work on the agreement of the regulations of joint activities.
