Indian President Droupadi Murmu sent a congratulatory message to Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan on the occasion of Armenia's Independence Day anniversary. The message reads as follows: “On behalf of Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, I extend warm greetings and felicitations to your Excellency, and to the friendly people of Armenia, on the occasion of your Independence Day. Our deep rooted friendship, underpinned by a shared history and mutual respect continues to flourish across diverse sectors. India remains committed to further strengthening this bond through enhanced bilateral cooperation, economic partnership and people-to-people exchanges. I am confident that our mutually beneficial and multifaceted bilateral ties will continue to strengthen and expand to serve the interests of the people of our two countries.
