A total of 70 people have been killed in Lebanon this week, Al Jazeera reported.According to the Qatari media outlet, three children, seven women, and three Syrians were among the 31 people killed in the attack on a Beirut suburb on Friday.A total of 68 people injured in the attack have been transferred to 12 hospitals. Fifteen people remain hospitalized, including two in extremely serious condition.Smee specifies that the total death toll from the pager bombings, walkie-talkie attacks and drone attacks this week is 70.Another 177 others injured in all three attacks remain in hospitals. Of those, 152 are in intensive care, and 2,078 surgeries have been performed since the attacks began.
