Spain's Foreign Ministry has condemned this week's attacks on mobile communication devices inside Lebanon, saying what happened constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law and threatens stability in the region.“We call for restraint on the part of all parties involved. It is necessary to avoid further escalation of violence and the risk of open war with unpredictable consequences,” the Spanish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.The Foreign Ministry issued the statement hours after Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas met with Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in Madrid.
