The draft peace treaty handed to Azerbaijan contains a fully agreed text. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan announced this at the joint press conference with his visiting counterpart from Luxembourg on Monday. According to the head of the Armenian foreign ministry, the tenth-edition draft contains articles or parts of articles that were fully agreed upon earlier. "We [i.e. Armenia] are waiting for Azerbaijan's response. There is a real possibility to sign a peace treaty in a short time and open a page of peace in our part of the South Caucasus," said Mirzoyan. According to him, Armenia's approaches to regional communications are also unchanged. As per Mirzoyan, Yerevan is ready to unblock communications as quickly as possible—and in accordance with the principles of the Crossroads of Peace initiative of Armenia.
