Armenia has not joined the declaration of the Council of Europe justice ministers on Ukraine. This was reported to the media by RA Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ani Badalyan.As a reminder, the Justice Ministers of the Council of Europe member states adopted a declaration titled “Towards Accountability for International Crimes Committed in Ukraine” at the end of the conference.The declaration emphasizes: “We, the Ministers of Justice of the Council of Europe member states, have gathered in Vilnius, Lithuania, under the auspices of the Lithuanian Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, to address issues of justice and accountability related to Russia's aggression against Ukraine.”In the declaration, the ministers first of all welcomed the process of Ukraine's ratification of the Rome Statute, considering it an important step forward for international law and international justice.
