

Gegham Manukyan, an MP from the opposition faction Armenia of the National Assembly of Armenia has sustained injuries because of police brutality near the government building on Tuesday. Gegham Manukyan was taking part in a protest outside the government building, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for his handling of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. The protest was sparked after Azerbaijan՛s Armed Forces unleashed a military aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh, use artillery and other heavy weapons as of 1 p.m. on September 19.
