Ukraine FM Kuleba submits resignation to parliament

Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba has submitted a letter of resignation to the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) of Ukraine. The resignation will be considered during one of the next plenary sessions, according to the Facebook page of Rada speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk, RBC-Ukraine reports.
