European Union (EU) foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has called on partner countries not to limit the use of weapons being delivered to Ukraine. It refers to attacking Russia, report il Messaggero and Tagesschau. Borrell made such statement while welcoming Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in Brussels, during an informal meeting with foreign ministers of EU countries. “We need to lift restrictions on the use of weaponry [delivered to Ukraine] against Russian military targets, in accordance with international law,” Borrell said. Also, the chief diplomat of the EU called on the European countries to provide more military aid to Ukraine, and expressed concern about the possible reduction of this aid by Germany.
