News - Macron: Europe faces task of maintaining united anti-Russian front

All Europeans, including Serbia, face the task of maintaining a united front against Russia, French President Emmanuel Macron wrote in an op-ed published in Serbia’s Politika newspaper Thursday. "Right now, the task facing Serbia, as well as all of us Europeans, is even bigger than the task of the need to maintain a united front against Russia, which is what kind of society our youth will want to live in tomorrow. In this regard, I have no doubt that the youth of Serbia will give the same answer as the youth of France," Macron emphasized. "My visit to Belgrade today, the new phases we are setting for our bilateral cooperation, the truly strategic partnership we are building, the call I made for Serbia's decisive participation in joining the EU, all this is one message of confidence. Our shared future, as well as the best way to develop and deepen our very precious friendship", concluded the French leader.
