Russian President Vladimir Putin and Telegram founder Pavel Durov did not meet during the Russian President's visit to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, said Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson of the Russian President, informs RIA Novosti. "No," Peskov told reporters in response to the question of whether Putin had met with Durov during his recent visit to Azerbaijan. The Russia president had traveled to Azerbaijan's capital Baku on August 18 on a two-day state visit.
