News - Fire at Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant cooling system extinguished, Russia authorities say

The fire that started at the cooling system of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, which was caused by the shelling of the armed forces of Ukraine, has been localized, said the nuclear plant’s administration appointed by Russia. It is noted that there is no danger of further burning. No one was injured as a result of this fire, and the latter was extinguished, informed the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. At night, it became known about the fire that started on the area of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant. Ukraine and Russia put the responsibility on each other.
