News - Chances of Armenia-Vietnam direct flights, visa liberalization discussed

The ambassador of Armenia to Vietnam, Suren Baghdasaryan, on Monday met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, Bui Thanh Son, informs the embassy of Armenia in Vietnam. The interlocutors discussed the expanding of relations in the economic, political, educational, cultural, and some other spheres. They emphasized the importance of mutual high-level visits for the dynamic development of bilateral relations. Presenting the Armenian side's approaches regarding regional cooperation within the Crossroads of Peace project of the Armenian government, Ambassador Baghdasaryan highlighted the significance of strengthening Armenia’s relations with Vietnam in international and regional formats. The meeting covered also topics such as visa liberalization for citizens of both countries, tourism promotion, and the conducting of direct flights between Armenia and Vietnam.
