The time has come for the BRICS and the SCO to jointly transform the transition from unipolar to bipolar. This was announced by the vice chairman of BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sameep Shastri, at the opening of the international forum, entitled "New Horizons of Cooperation between Armenia and EAEU with BRICS and SCO," which is being held in Yerevan. Shastri noted that India is the world's fifth economy, its growth continues, and by 2030 the country could become the world's third economy. Every country should strive for it. Sanctions are a negative phenomenon, but they are a positive incentive, he added. BRICS countries are culturally and geographically different, but they should be united by a green future, especially since BRICS countries are among the most promising economies. They visited Ararat Province of Armenia on Wednesday, Shastri said, adding that he saw how much Armenia depends on agriculture, he saw green fields that are hard to find in India today. They will consider the possibility of investing in Armenia, how India can invest in Armenia, and how Armenia in turn can invest in India, he informed. Sameep Shastri noted that he is in a country with a culture of thousands of years, which is a great honor for him.
