At least four people were killed, and about 160,000 people were left without electricity after Tropical Storm Debby hit the US east coast, NBC reports. Two people, including a 12-year-old boy, were killed in a resultant car crash in Dixie County, Florida late last night, bringing the death toll from Tropical Storm Debby to four. And more than 158 thousand people remained without electricity in the US states of Florida and Georgia.
