Karabakh ex-state minister Ruben Vardanyan: Armenia leadership must recognize Artsakh, join its citizens’ defense

The leadership of Armenia must recognize Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and join the defense of its citizens. Ruben Vardanyan, former Minister of State of Artsakh, wrote about this on social media. "We all have to protect our motherland," Vardanyan added.
