News - Russia, Azerbaijan deputy FMs discuss situation in South Caucasus

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko on Tuesday held consultations with Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Samir Sharifov in Moscow, reports the Russian foreign ministry. The parties discussed the situation in the South Caucasus and neighboring regions. Also, there was an exchange of views on EU and NATO issues, the situation in the OSCE, and the regional activities of the Council of Europe. A number of bilateral and international topics of mutual interest were touched upon, too.
