Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes as follows, in particular: From the statements of the president of Azerbaijan [Ilham Aliyev] from the [Azerbaijani-]occupied Shushi [city of Nagorno-Karabakh] on Saturday, it became clear that, contrary to the assurances of the RA authorities, that the signing of the peace treaty [with Azerbaijan] is close, it will not happen at least in the next 2 years. The thing is that Aliyev has posited the changing of the RA constitution as a precondition for signing the [peace] treaty, and [Armenian PM Nikol] Pashinyan has instructed the constitutional reform council to submit the concept of the new constitution in December 2026. The other precondition [by Azerbaijan] is the dissolution of the [OSCE] Minsk Group, which has been dealing with the Karabakh problem for more than 30 years.
