The NATO headquarters structure to coordinate arms deliveries to Kyiv in Wiesbaden in Germany will start working in September, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said upon his arrival at a meeting of the European Policy Community in London."Today, I can announce that this NATO command will start operating in September; there will be 700 officers, it will be stationed in Germany, and it will be headed by a three-star general. It will provide security support and assistance to Ukraine, coordinating NATO's efforts,” Stoltenberg said.He also promised that London would discuss “the defense of Western democracy” not only “against external but also against internal threats,” including cyber attacks and acts of sabotage.
