News - Joint Armenian-Indian international media conference was held in Yerevan (photo)

On July 16, Eurasia International University hosted India's largest event, "Beyond the Game," an international media conference titled “Beyond the Game: Innovations of the Future of Sports Media,” organized jointly with ITV NewsX media company.The event was attended by representatives of Armenian and Indian media spheres, sports commentators, and students. Within the framework of the conference, Sunil Kalra, co-founder of the Indian TV channel NewsX, founder of Inception Global media platform, and author of more than a dozen scientific articles and five books, presented modern trends and perspectives of sports journalism. At the panel discussion organized within the framework of the conference, NEWS.am journalist and author of the report “Expert” Taguhi Melkonyan spoke about the 15-year activity of NEWS. am news agency, presenting the experience of using artificial intelligence tools in our newsroom, as well as how AI will change the media field in the future.  On the same day, the representative of India's leading TV company, Sunil Kalra, held a master class for Armenian professionals, presenting the modern requirements of working in sports media, the advantages of creating interactive content, and sharing the experience of covering the Olympic Games and prestigious world sporting events.
